Welcome to TheBladeSuite. Before booking one of our suites or apartments, please carefully read the following terms and conditions.
RESERVATIONS
To make a reservation you must be at least 18 years old. Reservations can be made online through our website, or by calling our Customer Service.
PAYMENT
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit/debit cards.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to stay dates will receive a full refund. For cancellations made afterwards, we reserve the right to retain the full amount paid.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. If you need an early check-in or a late check-out, contact our Customer Service and we will do our best to accommodate you.
GUEST CONDUCT
Please respect the property and other guests. We reserve the right to ask any guest who does not observe these requirements to leave the property without a refund.
LIABILITY
We will not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, claims or costs of any kind, including without limitation indirect, consequential or punitive costs, arising from or are in any way connected to your use of our website or our services.
